Mission

The CLEAR  Coalition (Communities Linked to Encourage Alcohol Responsibility), formerly know as the DUI Task Force, is a group of community members and representatives from law enforcement, education, faith-based organizations, other community-based organizations, and government agencies, working together to help improve health and safety in Napa County. 

Our Mission is to reduce alcohol-related collisions. We will accomplish this mission by:

   1) Paving the way for more comprehensive local DUI (driving under the influence)
        prevention policies;
   2) Encouraging enforcement of drinking and driving laws; and
   3) Strengthening community
